RANDOX

I led the development of two native mobile applications for Randox Health. My role involved bridging the gap between Randox’s executive management and our design team to architect the UX and UI strategy. Once the vision was aligned and signed off, I oversaw the end-to-end development of the apps in native code.

I managed the technical integration between our mobile team and Randox’s internal developers to ensure seamless connectivity with their proprietary API. To maintain high-velocity delivery and transparency, I transitioned our workflow into their internal ecosystem, utilising Jira for rigorous project tracking.
