My Role
I led delivery of the contextual upsell experience in Agent Store under a tight, high‑visibility timeline aligned with Microsoft Ignite. The work focused on integrating upsell signals naturally into user workflows while balancing commercial outcomes with experience quality.
Impact
Over the last 28 days, Agent Store contextual upsell generated ~8.2k license requests and ~0.8k assigned licenses. Annualised, this represents ~107k license requests and ~11k assigned licenses per year, demonstrating meaningful commercial impact through a relevance‑first upsell approach.
