Experience
May 2022 – Present
Microsoft, DublinProduct Manager 2
I lead product initiatives across Microsoft 365, focusing on acquisition, retention, and checkout optimization. My work spans key customer surfaces across web, in-app, and Windows platforms, with an emphasis on conversion, compliance, and user experience. I’ve led planning and delivery for high-impact experiments, collaborated with data science to build improved scorecards, and worked cross-functionally to launch features under tight timelines. Some highlights from my time at Microsoft include a series of acquisition-focused projects that delivered a 9% uplift in trial-to-paid conversion, and separate retention initiatives that exceeded a user-focused OKR by 33% through a new notification strategy and improved UX for billing-related issues.

Mosaic Web & App Development, DublinChief Operating Officer
I reported directly to the CEO and oversaw the successful delivery of mobile and web solutions for over 150 clients, from startups to multinational brands. I managed in-house teams of designers, engineers, and project managers, while also overseeing day-to-day business operations and delivery standards. My responsibilities included defining project scopes, timelines, and budgets, leading client workshops, and producing detailed specifications and contracts. I introduced a stage-based development process that significantly improved delivery consistency, enhanced team coordination, and strengthened overall client satisfaction across a fast-paced, high-volume agency environment.

Mosaic Web & App Development, DublinSenior Product Manager
Promoted into a senior role, I led the design and delivery of mobile and web applications across a growing portfolio of 150+ clients, ranging from early-stage startups to global brands. I managed multiple high-priority projects simultaneously, often under tight timelines and increased complexity. I worked closely with cross-functional teams to shape product strategy, define roadmaps, and guide milestone-driven development from concept to launch. I also identified new product opportunities based on insights from client relationships and industry trends. In addition to delivery, I mentored junior PMs and helped raise team performance through coaching and collaborative work.
Dec 2017 - Dec 2019
Mosaic Web & App Development, DublinProduct Manager
I was brought in to lead the design and development of mobile and web applications for a growing portfolio of startup clients. I provided end-to-end product ownership, from initial sale through to discovery, build, testing, and release. I guided clients through the full development lifecycle, including wireframing, prototyping, and launch. I managed project plans, aligned teams, and ensured delivery remained on track with strategic objectives. Alongside product delivery, I supported business growth by conducting market research and contributing to sales efforts, helping expand the client portfolio and drive long-term engagement.
