Product Summery 

I managed two separate teams that designed & developed this Progressive Web Application. This application prompts a user with several words and records them reading them aloud. The results are then analyzed by an external api and fed back to the user’s parents in the form of PDF reports

Technical Description 

Our team were responsible for the initial design of this application. Our team then were responsible for creating a Progressive Web Application using React for the client. In the creation of this app we also worked with the client to integrate their Api to collect and analyse the sound clips provided by the app’s users..

Fun Facts :

  • For this project, my team designed a number of versions of the Sound Detective mascot before settling on one.
  • It was an interesting challenge to have to design the app to appeal to both parents and children alike.
