Project Summary
Microsoft 365 Premium launched as a new consumer offering and required first‑time enablement in Microsoft’s consumer checkout experiences that I owned.
Role & Focus
I was responsible for ensuring core flows (trial start and purchase in web and in-app checkouts) were supported and launch‑ready.
I worked to validate the checkout experience, resolve gaps, and ensure a smooth, scalable rollout for a new consumer subscription
The Result
Over a three‑month window, consumer checkout has supported ~765k M365 Premium users and ~289k purchases, validating readiness and monetisation scale.
